Learning & Development Coordinator
Ongoing volunteer development (40%)
- Ensuring that volunteers continue to develop professionally by assisting individuals and teams to continue engaging in learning experiences.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of a new personal development program.
- Helping volunteers identify potential learning paths aligned with their personal interests and goals.
- Support leaders in managing the development of their direct reports.
Coordinating volunteer training (30%)
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions for volunteers (both virtually and in person), including scheduling and liaising with trainers.
- Requesting, collecting and analysing feedback from these sessions, with a view to improve future training and identify opportunities for further growth in this area.
Identifying learning opportunities (20%)
- Researching the latest trends in learning and development and making recommendations for possible topics of interest for OFA volunteers.
- Triaging training suggestions from our volunteers and identifying ways that relevant skills could be taught and shared.
General volunteer expectations (10%)
- Undertaking an OFA volunteer induction and role onboarding.
- Understanding and implementing OFA’s strategy, vision and mission.
- Upholding our volunteer code of conduct.
- Attend and engage in P&C Team and State Team meetings as required.
