HammondCare is looking for a Mini-bus Volunteer Driver for their aged care residents in North Turramurra. With your assistance as a mini-bus driver, elderly aged care residents from HammondCare in North Turramurra will enjoy an outing in the local area. You will be accompanied by one of their care staff who will look after the residents care needs.

As a Mini-Bus Volunteer Driver, you will be helping aged care residents to access places and events in the community.
Role requirements

• Proof of your current drivers license(minimum C Class)

• Complete a national police check along with the NDIS Worker Screening Check(on HammondCare's cost).

• Proof of Covid19 vaccination evidence.

• Willing to be instructed on transporting residents in wheelchairs and with low mobility

• Able to commit one outing each week for 12 months or longer. The week days are flexible.

They will provide training and support from an onsite Volunteer Coordinator.
