Within this volunteer role, you will engage with residents who prefer non-group engagement and have minimal visitor interactions or may benefit from individual support in a group dynamic.

Engagement visits can involve general conversation, playing cards, scrabble, playing music etc.

The engagement is aligned with the interest preferences of the resident.

Volunteers will be matched to residents for continuity and opportunity to develop relationships and rewarding connections.
