McQuoin Park Leisure and Wellness Hub is run by Catholic Healthcare. It provides a range of programs for the benefit of older residents living in the onsite Retirement Apartments as well as for members of the local community.

An arts and crafts group is held in the Hub. The focus of this group is on enjoying creativity - Attendees are welcome to either join in set drawing, painting or craft exercises or continue on their own work. The Volunteer Arts Assistants will assist staff with set up and clean up of the Hub space and encourage participation by joining in the activities. Volunteers are invited to demonstrate their skills and particular interest areas (e.g. watercolour painting, jewellery making, textiles)

Located in the grounds of Catholic Healthcare McQuoin Park 35 Pacific Hwy, Wahroonga

Requirements this role:

• Interest and enjoyment in arts and crafts activities

• Willingness to assist Arts Group leader as required

• Full Covid Vaccination and Flu Vaccination (from June 2022)

• Police Check (Catholic Healthcare will pay costs and assist you with application)
