We are seeking directors who demonstrate a passion and genuine interest in sustainability & are personally/professionally aligned to the objectives of GCA.

Specifically, for 2022, we are seeking: • Representation from the professional services sector • Representation from the government/ quasi-government sector • Partnership and grants leadership • A leader in the infrastructure and/or resilience sector to help drive GCA’s strategy • First Nations people, under 35’s, broad cultural backgrounds

Key Duties

Board Reporting • Contribute to Board reports & annual Statutory Reports Committee • Leadership of a Board Committee within an area of expertise such as Digital, People, Partnerships and Grants or Marketing, PR & Research Strategy and Thought Leadership • Contributions to the development and delivery of strategy • Communications and written pieces supporting the GCA mission

Qualifications – Desirable • ICA or CPA qualified member • AICD member

Experience –Desirable • Manager or Director level pro bono NFP with at least 5 years’ experience • Philanthropy • Grants/Fundraising experience
