As a member of our Board you will:

• attend monthly meetings lasting about 2 hours
• review draft policies, procedures and other documents prior to meetings
• participate in line management performance reviews
• be invited to social events with clients and staff

We are looking for dynamic people willing to support some of the most vulnerable people in our society by helping manage our organisation. People with legal, human resources, NDIS, or disability sector experience will be favourably considered.

Macarthur Accommodation System has been supporting adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities since 1975 in the Macarthur district south-west of Sydney. We have 29 clients who are supported by 35 staff members and a volunteer Management Board that has 8 positions. We are currently looking to fill up to 4 of those positions.
