• Able to show empathy and respect towards others • Non-judgmental and patient attitude • Have a friendly and helpful disposition • Be able to work within a team of other volunteers and staff • Able to adhere to Work, health and safety standards • Have a good local knowledge of the collection and delivery areas • Physically fit • Excellent customer service skills.
