We are seeking volunteers who enjoy working outdoors, and with the ability to take direction, in assisting the Event Manager with logistics on Friday 21 April 2023, to set up the event village for the Dirty Weekend at Fox Creek Mountain Bike Park, in the Adelaide Hills. will Depending on your availability and the role you choose, the time/s and roles that your assistance will be required are as follows:

Role includes:

1. Event Village - 10.00 am - 3.00 pm - Logistics - assist to set up Event Village, includes metal barriers, banners, lighting, pop-up marquees, bike racks, refreshments, etc.
2. Main gate - 10.00 am - 3.00 pm - Direct event suppliers
3. Main gate - 3.00 pm - 7.00 pm - Direct early arrivals and collect overnight camp fee/Friday
4. Camping Area Entry - 3.00 pm - 7.00 pm - Direct early arrivals to their camping sites

Closed in shoes need to be worn as well as work clothes, for village set up, please.

Meals and refreshments provided. You are more than welcome to come and camp for the weekend. However, you will need to bring your own tent/camping gear/van for overnight accommodation. Otherwise just come along as a day volunteer.

Assisting the Event Manger will be an excellent opportunity to gain skills in event/logistics management.

Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision 18 years of age and over Driver's Licence (or ability to travel independently to and from the designated location) Arrive on time and report to the Event Manager prior to the commencement of your role
