We are looking for a psychotherapist to join our team. In this role you will be assisting NDIS participants in providing support and counselling to empower them to achieve their goals.

What you will need to have:

• Qualification in Counselling or Psychology (or working towards)
• Report writing & Research
• Excellent Communication skills
• Empathy & person -centered approach.
• Proactive & Problem solving skill

What you will do:

• Conducting counselling sessions over the phone
• Using verbal interaction to explore behaviour, attitudes and emotions
• Helping clients to understand and address their inner conflicts.
• Identify client needs and barriers
• Develop action plans to assist client in achieving their goals
• Generating treatment protocols
• Providing reports with professional recommendations to NDIS support team
