Cahoots
Logo for Cahoots

Do you want to be a role model to a young person?

Volunteering at Cahoots, you will help with the successful running of our camps and have the opportunity to work with young people living with disabilities. You will support them in achieving their goals, whether that be making new friends, improving their independence, or just trying something new. You will learn valuable new skills and gain first-hand experience of what it is like working in the disability sector. You may even find a new career path.

We run camps for children aged 5-12 years, teenagers aged 12-18 and camps for young adults aged 18+. We also run camps for participants with medium and high support needs, throughout the year. Our camps are in a group environment so the participants can connect with each other and build friendships.

As a camp leader, all your accommodation, travel, meals, and entry to all activities will be covered by Cahoots! We'll also throw in a free Cahoots t-shirt for you!

All volunteer camp leaders will have guidance from professional support workers and facilitators whilst on camps and will receive extensive training beforehand from the Volunteer Coordinator.

If you're looking for something fun to do over your weekend, and and want to learn new skills, then volunteering with Cahoots is perfect for you!
