About The Role:

• Unpack stock from packaging
• Pack Good Boxes and get them ready to be distributed to friends in need.
• Help maintain a clean, tidy and organised warehouse
• Inventory stock as needed.
• Occasionally assist with various ad-hoc box packing or warehouse duties that arise, such as helping write notes or organise the space.
• Opportunity to become a Team Leader if interested!

The importance of this volunteer position: Our box packing volunteers are absolutely essential to what we do here at the Good Box. Each box you pack will go to a person experiencing homelessness in Australia. This is a great opportunity to get involved with our organisation and meet wonderful new people while making a direct contribution to people in need.

Commitment: Minimum of 2 hours per week. Shifts will occur on a Wednesday from 4:30pm-6:30pm or Thursday 2:30pm-4:30pm (you only need to attend one shift per week). Ability to block out weeks you are unavailable.
