Corethics will host two fundraising events in 2022 and we need your help!

  1. Waste 4 Wealth fundraiser event hosted by the Board of Directors, include an expert panel, Q&A, raffle draw, and a screening of River Blue on Saturday, 28th May 2022 5pm - 9pm at Pachamama House, Hamilton. Proceeds go to Corethics Waste 4 Wealth Project - a circular economy initiative

  2. Water for Bali fundraiser event.The event will be hosted by the Board of Directors, include a water talk, Q&A, raffle draw, and conclude with a screening of ReelOzInd! Australian Indonesian Short Film Festival on Tuesday 18th October 2022 from 5.00 pm - 8.30 pm at Pachama House, Hamilton NSW. Each year young and emerging filmmakers will take on a new theme typically announced closer to the date. Proceeds go to the Bali Water Protection Program.

*Other opportunities include National Science Week and ad hoc markets

For more information on the night visit our website. General admission $55 and concession $25. Raffle tickets are $5. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic this event will be held online at short notice. If this is the case Event Volunteers will no longer be required for the stall but will still be required for other duties listed below.

Responsibilities

Raffle & Sponsor Create and maintain our raffle sponsor relationships, data collection, and customer service.

Invitations & Ticket Sales Create and manage our invitation list. Phone bank/direct message/text to sell raffle and event tickets. Administration tasks with a mix of resourceful and persuasion skills.

Stall Represent Corethics at the event helping guests check-in, signup, sell merchandise and last minute raffle tickets, and provide general information. You may also be required to run the stall at local events to promote our fundraiser. Kind and professional customer service.

Posters Putting up posters in prominent locations across the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, and Port Stephens Local Government Areas to help promote the event. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy doer.
