SOP/Technical Writer

Our organisation "Get 2 Know" is searching for a Technical /Standard Operating Procedure writer to join our team as a volunteer to help take our services to new heights.
The role will be suitable for someone who is looking to create or advance careers in the field of Information Technology as Business Analyst, Technical Writer or Content Writer. A recent graduate or an experienced professional is welcome to apply for the role to make a difference to the organisation's efforts. About the Role
Objectives of this Role
- Write, format, edit, review, and develop (SOPs) standard operating procedures.
- Gather and analyze technical and product information to document new or changing product functionality.
- SOP writer to assist in preparation review, revisions, and maintenance of technical documents. Includes writing procedures, end user guides, SOP’s, and other documentation.
- Ability to create a real and easy to follow work instruction or procedures as assigned.
Skills Preferred
- Experience as an effective technical writer is preferred though not mandatory
- Knowledge of Quality Procedures and Operations Workflow
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Strong analytical skills
