The team at AMES Noble Park is seeking volunteers who have a passion for gardening and appropriate skills to work in and maintain our community garden and vegetable beds.

You will be required to undertake tasks such as:

• Weeding garden beds and grassed areas at site

• Spreading mulch, pruning, composting and sprucing up, watering plants

• Pest control or deterrent in a non-chemical way

• Less common, specific tasks may involve assembling or repairing raised beds, filling beds with soil, closing gardens at the end of the day and helping with other various garden maintenance.

This role requires a physically active individual who is able to work in a small team. Volunteers must be fully vaccinated unless you have a medical exception.
