St John Ambulance SA is a self-funded charity that cares for the well-being of all South Australians through the provision of first aid at events, first aid training and products, youth development, and social inclusion programs.

The Divisional Superintendent is primarily responsible for the administration, management, leadership and future development of a cohort of St John volunteers. You will be instrumental in the development of the leaders of tomorrow, whilst motivating, engaging and mentoring current leaders within the division.

As a Divisional Superintendent, will will manage all other adult members in your division as well as supporting young members grow and mature into tomorrows leaders.

This role requires strong time management and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to engage and motivate team members. You will need a robust understanding of child protection policies and procedures.
