Health Experience Survey Helper
IPC HealthYou will make a difference by
- Supporting community members attending IPC Health services to complete the VHES Survey 2021 if they wish to
- Assisting community members to choose the hard copy or online version of the survey as they wish
- Assist with access to the online version if required
- Clarifying any questions as needed
- Collecting completed hard copy surveys or assisting with submission of online version
- Assisting community members in accessing the survey in their own language where possible and if requested
- Wearing the provided Personal Protective Equipment such as masks and face shields and observing all infection control protocols
To succeed, you will need
- Friendly and adaptable communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Well developed ability to speak, read and write in English
- Attention to detail
- Active listening skills
- Patience and flexibility
- An ability to speak and work in a language other than English could be an advantage, particularly: Vietnamese, Burmese, Persian or Arabic
- Attendance at our online Survey Helper training session before survey period date tbc
- Availability during survey period from 8 November to 13 December for half day or full day shifts on weekdays
