Our primary school canteen is looking for volunteers to assist us during the school term. Ideally we are looking for someone who can help on Fridays from 9am to 11.30am and/or 11.30am to 2pm, however assistance on Wednesdays (11.30am-2pm) or Thursdays (9am-11.30am and/or 11.30am-2pm) would also be appreciated!

The role is very flexible and it is no problem if you cannot make it every week.

We have a canteen manager and assistant who will guide you in what needs to be done, but duties will generally involve preparing meals or snacks for recess and lunch breaks, collating lunch orders, washing dishes, serving at recess and lunch times and handling money (if you are comfortable doing so - it is not a problem if you prefer not to). No previous experience is needed and the tasks are fairly straightforward.

We would love to have you join our friendly canteen team! It is a great place to work, with a lovely cohort of students at the school.
