Administration Volunteer
- Maintain a regular program of communicating with all members and clients.
- Maintain the Centre information management system to allow simple, efficient communication, record keeping and information management.
- Ensure that all enrolment and registration forms are processed and accurately recorded.
- Collect, read, distribute, reply and file all paper and electronic incoming mails.
- Record and file all paper and electronic outgoing mail.
- Maintain files of legal documents.
- Maintain suitable stationery/office supplies.
- Response to general duties as directed by the Centre Board.
- Follow related Policies and Procedures.
