We need someone to hold the purse strings! The Treasurer is a core member of the committee, leading all things financial including paying the bills and payroll, preparing annual budgets and financial statements, liaising with council for annual member subsidies and other grant opportunities. A great opportunity to play a key role in the committee of a not-for-profit and give back to the community

Responsibilities include:

• Contribute to committee decision making for Toy Library initiatitves
• Payroll Activities – including fortnightly payment for TL Co-Ordinator and Quarterly Superannuation Payments
• Bank & Square Account Reconciliations – Monthly
• Invoice Payments – Adhoc
• Preparation of annual budgets including scenario modelling and working with TL committee to ensure robust budgets are in place
• Annual Financial Statement Preparation – for AGM and for submission to Consumer Affairs Victoria
• Liaising with Council for annual member subsidies and other grant opportunities
