Early Support for Parents is growing their program capacity.

As a Volunteer Team Leader you will be an integral part within our organisation in supporting the recruitment of volunteers when appropriate, providing ongoing support to your team of five volunteers and providing weekly program reports as per our KPI's.

You will be provided with full training and ongoing support from the Program Manager, and have access to opportunities to further develop your skills. Make a meaningful contribution to your community while being COVID safe. All training will be conducted via video conference; and family appointments will be online in the short term.

If you have a passion for community capacity building, strong leadership skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and want to support Tasmanian Families to develop and grow in their capacity then this could the role for you.
