This position will play a pivotal role in the growth of Opportunities Australia as an education and employment provider. We are a fast growing Not For Profit that has got over 70 volunteers.

You can perform online but if you are based in Sydney, Perth or Brisbane it would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• designing training modules in collaboration with IT/HR/Legal/Finance experts
• creating mentoring programs
• being part of the execution
• liaising with Project Managers

Tasks and duties

Assisting with advancing and fine tuning all aspects of our education, mentoring and employment programs

Collaborating with the CEO on strategic and action plans for company’s short and long term growth and evolution

Being part of the negotiation with the government and corporates to shape the programs

Ensuring all program initiatives align with Opportunities Australia’s core values and culture

Providing leadership to engender a continual improvement mindset whilst giving volunteers the latitude and comfort to provide and take initiative in their roles
