Within this position you will:

Provide support for the effective management of the Centre's Program Demonstrate good customer service standards and principles Attend weekly meetings (this may be outside usual day) Assist with reception Contact new volunteers and ensure necessary paperwork is prepared for them. Support new volunteers through their probationary period. Maintain confidentiality Adhere to the Centre's policies, procedures and guidelines as they relate to the role. Contribute to the monthly Newsletter.
