About the role:

We are seeking a self-motivated JIRA System Analyst / Administrator responsible for Jira and Confluence implementation across the product development team.

This role is remote based in any part of Australia.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Implementation, integration, Administration & Support of Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, GitHub, Slack & Google Workspace.
• Analyse data and create appropriate JIRA dashboards and burndown charts to inform of status.
• Development and configuration of workflows, document libraries, sites, projects, and spaces for Google Workspace and Atlassian technologies based on user and program requirements.
• Troubleshooting and providing end-user support for program systems and tools.
• Documenting tooling processes.
• Administration of users to onboard and offboard users.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated experience in Atlassian Jira and Confluence configuration, management, and support.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication and writing skills.
• Exposure to Software Lifecycle (design, development, testing)
• Experience integrating Jira with external applications
• Experience with Agile & SCRUM
• Workshop facilitation skills
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, issue security and frameworks
