JIRA & Confluence implementation - System Analyst/Administrator

About the role:
We are seeking a self-motivated JIRA System Analyst / Administrator responsible for Jira and Confluence implementation across the product development team.
This role is remote based in any part of Australia.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Implementation, integration, Administration & Support of Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, GitHub, Slack & Google Workspace.
- Analyse data and create appropriate JIRA dashboards and burndown charts to inform of status.
- Development and configuration of workflows, document libraries, sites, projects, and spaces for Google Workspace and Atlassian technologies based on user and program requirements.
- Troubleshooting and providing end-user support for program systems and tools.
- Documenting tooling processes.
- Administration of users to onboard and offboard users.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated experience in Atlassian Jira and Confluence configuration, management, and support.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication and writing skills.
- Exposure to Software Lifecycle (design, development, testing)
- Experience integrating Jira with external applications
- Experience with Agile & SCRUM
- Workshop facilitation skills
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, issue security and frameworks
