As a Overnight Family Ambassador your role provides an empathetic and friendly environment to all families and their children.

Your role is varied and is not restricted to the following:

• Greeting and checking in families as they enter.
• Taking calls from the hospital after hours, and where required orientating after hours emergency incoming family's.
• Responding to reasonable family requests
• General cleaning of the communal areas of the House as required
• Ensuring the House is safe and secure for families
• Emergency management including acting as Chief Fire Warden
• Providing First Aid and CPR as necessary
• Providing a handover to morning staff regarding overnight happenings including the reporting of any WHS or Safeguarding Children concerns
