You can be a part of this by volunteering a few hours per week as a Retail Assistant Sorter and Warehouse Team Member helping with quality control and the sorting of clothes, bric-a-brac and other donations.
The Retail Assistant Sorter supports the Warehouse Manager ensuring quality control of donations. Equally important, all Retail Assistant Sorters are responsible for fostering a culture of inclusiveness and community spirit amongst the volunteer team.

**Qualifications & Experience Requirements For The Role**
- Warehousing experience would be beneficial, but not essential as on the job training and induction are provided for the right candidates
**Mandatory Requirements Of The Role**
- Fully complete The Salvation Army's volunteer registration process
- Complete TSA mandatory training and induction modules and any other training as required
- A WWCC/Blue Card will be required for the role
**Roster & Time Commitment**
4-7 hours/day (flexible hours) to be negotiated with Line Manager. Maximum 16 per week. More available by negotiation.
