Meals on Wheels Yamba is looking for volunteers to deliver nutritious frozen meals to the clients in the community of Maclean and Yamba. Our clients include those who cannot cook or shop for themselves with ease, such as older people, people with a disability, or those recovering from an illness or injury.

You can choose to either be a delivery volunteer or a driver volunteer, and provide valuable social contact for many people living independently in our community.

People applying for the driver position will need to have a valid driver's license. Drivers are also required to use their own car, but petrol reimbursement is available. Volunteers are required to complete a National Criminal Record Check and provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
