Key functions of the role include:

 Under the direction of Library staff support the selection and issuing of library resources based on a customer’s reading profile and or preferences.  The packaging and storage of library materials ready for delivery  The delivery of library materials to customers nominated home address  The return and check in of borrowed resources, inclusive of reporting any damaged items to library staff  Providing customer feedback to Library staff including changes to a customer’s reading profile and service preferences.  Reporting of WH&S service delivery issues (i.e. motor vehicle accident/incident; customer property access issues) to library staff in a timely manner.
