Vision Store Parramatta is seeking volunteers to support the retail team. Role includes assisting with retails sales, face to face customer service, reception coverage and general administration duties.

Duties include:

• meet and greet clients and customers when they enter the store.
• assist customers to locate and explore products (including demonstration)
• cover reception and retail staff whilst on lunch/tea breaks.
• general admin duties.
• general cleaning and tidying of products.
• some lifting required.
• 1to 2 shifts per week 10AM-2PM or 12.30PM - 4.3s include:

Skills & Attributes: Excellent customer service skills. Friendly and engaging with confidence to interact with clients/ Clear spoken English. Advanced computer literacy. Strong administration skills. Knowledge of assistive technology (desirable) Flexibility to adapt to change of volunteering days if necessary.
