Educators will work across a variety of schools throughout Sydney to implement our hands-on, practical, interactive and empowering education program for students to become pollinator protectors. The program is adaptable to cater to different age groups, sites, budgets and needs that can also support sustainability programs already in place. The education program involves both indoor and outdoor components such as bug hunts, planting, data collecting and habitat installation.

There are a range of opportunities available for educators that can cater to their experience, interest and physical capabilities. Days, times and locations will vary depending on the school location and availability so flexibility is required. We endeavour to connect volunteers to their local schools to encourage an ongoing relationship and minimise travel time. It is preferable that volunteers have a Driver's Licence.

Volunteers will need to professionally represent the organisation and be able to communicate with a variety of people including Principals, teachers, environmental educators and a range of students. Volunteers should have Education Diploma/Bachelor/Masters qualifications.

Volunteers are required to be 21+. All visits will take place within COVID safe guidelines.
