Activities Volunteer - Active Ageing

ACH Group

Active Ageing Volunteers assist staff with:

setting up for Activity Programs
accompanying Residents to and from activity location within the facility
helping residents with activities - art, music, memory games, exercise groups
providing a friendly and welcoming environment for residents
assisting with admin tasks related to activity programs

Active Ageing Volunteers usually work between 2 to 8 hours per week/fortnight. Requirements:

National Police Certificate
Annual Flu Vaccination
COVID-19 Vaccination preferred
Friendly & respectful nature
Good communicator
Reliable
Able to work independently and in a team
An interest in the well being of older people
