Clean Up Australia is looking for enthusiastic office and admin assistants to complete data entry tasks and assist with general administrative responsibilities.

You will be able to enter data, maintain accurate records and review data for errors.

The role is located at Clean Up Australia’s Sydney office (within walking distance of Museum and Town Hall stations). Volunteers in this role would elect to give Clean Up Australia a minimum of 6 hours of their time each week.

You will possess:

• Experience in an administrative office environment

• High level of proficiency in the use of standard software such as the Microsoft Office suite

• Fast and accurate data entry skills

• Attention to detail

• Understanding of principles of privacy and discretion and ability to uphold strict confidentiality

• An ability to work effectively within a team environment, and stay focused on assigned tasks

We have a friendly and welcoming office community, and share our spaces with a number of other NGOs (in separate areas). There are communal kitchen facilities with some snacks available
