Duties may include:

• Serve coffee [pod, no barista], tea and prepared food items to residents • Assist with sale of smallgoods • Responsible handling of small cash payments/donations • Engage with residents and visitors • Maintain confidentiality • Basic set up and cleaning up before and after coffee shop trade • Abide by WHS Policy and procedures and report any hazards to coordinator • Undertake food safety training as required

Our ideal volunteer will have:

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Ability to work and connect with individuals, enjoy conversation and building rapport • Café/coffee shop experience desirable but not essential

An NDISWSC police check is required plus an NDIS online module - we will provide all the necessary information with the application pack sent to you.
