Wildlife Rescue Inc. is a registered charity specialising in the rescue of native animals. To achieve its objective, WRI has established a national, state-of-the-art communication system capable of handling 1 million calls per annum. It operates under the registered business name "Wildlife Rescue Australia".

WRA is seeking a Membership Manager who will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of competent voluntary staff for the organisation. Duties will include conducting interviews and processing applications, ensuring that specified selection criteria are met.

The Membership Manager is required to have proven people skills and experience in staff selection, together with good organisational skills. Experience with native animals will be of benefit.

The Membership Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer and plays a key role in ensuring a high level of "job satisfaction" in the WRA team.
