Phone Coordinators are rostered on nominally for 3x4-hour shifts each week. The Roster Manager will be responsible for maintaining this roster, using in-house software. The Roster Manager will be required to liaise with PCs to ensure an adequate number of PCs are on-duty at any given time. The RM is required to have a computer with a reliable internet connection, reasonable computer skills and be available at short notice (in emergencies only). This is a very responsible position and requires the Roster Manager to be very reliable.
