We are seeking cleaning volunteers to perform tasks like:
• Dusting and cleaning, surface areas, and counter surfaces • Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping • Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and clean carpets • Disposing of rubbish from bins and containers • cleaning sinks, basins, and toilets • Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products • Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on job • Ability to work alone and with a partner or team • Reliable and punctual • Pays attention to detail when cleaning • Organized and able to follow a schedule • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time. • Order, replenish and store cleaning materials • Notify the Property Manager of any maintenance issues • Notify the Property Manager of any occupational health and safety issues • Responsible for locking and unlocking the property and arming and disarming the security system
