Kitchen Assistants - Tom Quinn Community Centre, Bundaberg QLD
The Salvation Army AustraliaThe Tom Quinn Community Centre, seeks to provide an outreach service with a holistic approach to social and personal development by caring for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the community.
We are currently looking for volunteers to undertake kitchen assistant duties. You will be required to assist with the preparation of breakfast, lunches and the general cleaning and maintenance of our Cafeteria.
A current Working with Childrens' Check (Blue Card) will be required. You will be required to wear closed toe, sturdy shoes and black clothing.
In return, you will receive training, where references will be provided upon requests. Other benefits include the opportunity to give back and engage with the community where you will have the privilege of being recognised for your hard work.
The cafe is open Mon-Fri, 7am -3:30pm, 2-3 shifts per weeks appreciated. Please advise your availability in your expression of interest.
