In this role, you will: • Spearhead growth and retention of Amnesty International Australia membership in SA/NT. • Sales of Memberships. • Drive local marketing campaigns to grow our membership and supporter base in SANT. • Deliver exceptional customer service to potential, new and existing members.

To be successful in this role, you will be: • Self-Motivation and drive to exceed expectations and membership targets. • Strong communication skills with the ability to built rapport quickly over the phone. • Experience in phone/face to face sales and customer service. • Confident to call unconverted leads on daily basis. • Confident to regularly contact both current and lapsed members. • Able to think on your feet and think outside the square. • Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment. • Pro-active, positive and driven to share your love for human rights, social justice and Amnesty International Australia. • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams.

Role Requirements. • Sales experience. • Proven Experience with managing membership databases. • Computer/Typing Knowledge. • Ability to quickly build rapport with people. • Work in a team environment
