PanKind, The Australian Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, is a national cancer charity dedicated to working towards a mission to dramatically increase survival rates and quality of life for people impacted by pancreatic cancer.

A recent report released by The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare confirms pancreatic cancer is now projected to become the third most common cancer killer in Australia in 2020 which is on track to claim more lives than breast cancer and prostate cancer.

Role outline: A great opportunity has arisen for a new volunteer to join our team to provide support in the specific areas of overall data management, specifically data input, migration, cleansing and, ideally, analysis. The volunteer would have an excellent understanding of Excel, and a working knowledge of Salesforce CRM would be a distinct advantage.

What’s involved? · General data admin tasks including inputting data into the CRM, updating records, cleansing and de-duping, migrating data from CSV files, reporting, providing analysis where possible. Our ideal volunteer will have: · A great teamwork ethic · Strong time management skills · A background and/or skill set with data · Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team · Commitment to making a difference and helping achieve the mission of PanKind
