We are advertising to collect a list of interested people for interviews and a look around to gauge you interest which will be a member night, yet to be determined, but Probably at the end of Feb 2022. Benefits: camaraderie, self satisfaction, serving the community in emergency response. If you wish, you may also make yourself available for call outs and deployments within the state.

Key responsibilities: attend training once per week- evening. Be available for call outs, deployments, warehouse general duties and practice exercises at times.

General precis of what we are about: SES Logistics are one component of the State Wide Operational Response Division (or SWORD). We control and maintain the Logistics store warehouse in Kewdale WA (soon to be O'Connor) which consists of:

• containers: basic essentials, medical, accommodation, stored food;
• two cashes of deployable incident management equipment for a field incident team,
• state resupply storm damage cache with items like tarps, plastic, screws,  and sandbags.
• Fire fighting foam
• Large Aerial Tanker retardant
• Spare accomodation supplies
• Much more
