Host Connectors usually…

- have a passion for social inclusion - are patient and kind - enjoy meeting people from diverse backgrounds - are organised and reliable - support five to ten small group organisers - like sharing skills and helping others grow their skills - collect basic attendance numbers from groups - offer support with event related tasks like promotion - act as a sounding board to troubleshoot - connect with the Befriend Team in-person and/or via Zoom to collaborate and access resources
