Helen moved here from Burma and lives at an Aged Care facility in Guildford. She recently had a fall and can no longer walk on her own. She would love to have someone who can visit her weekly and take her out for a walk along the river, so she can enjoy the outdoors while in her wheelchair.

We are looking for someone who would enjoy building a one-to-one friendship with her by making a commitment to visit her on a regular basis for up to one hour once per week.

By befriending an older person living in a residential setting, you are making a positive in their life.

As a Community Visitor you will also be invited to attend regular CVS Team Appreciation Events and Workshops.
