Dog Case Manager

About the Role
As a Dog Case Manager, you’ll oversee the journey of rescue dogs from intake to adoption. You will work closely with foster carers, adopters, and the rescue team to ensure every dog receives the best care and finds their perfect forever home.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and manage the dedicated email account, ensuring timely communication.
- Recruit, induct, and onboard new foster carers to expand our network.
- Assess dogs for rescue placement and match them with suitable foster carers.
- Coordinate and participate in animal rescues, ensuring safety and care.
- Support foster carers with supplies, guidance, and marketing content assistance.
- Organise vet visits, medication, parasite prevention, food, and other necessities.
- Facilitate the adoption process, including screening applicants, property inspections, and meet-and-greets.
- Organise volunteer recruitment and task assignments for events and support work.
- Maintain accurate databases to track animal and program progress.
- Capture and upload engaging content to showcase our mission and rescue stories.
Who You Are:

- Organised & proactive: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Great communicator: You have excellent verbal and written skills to support foster carers and adopters.
- Tech-savvy:You’re comfortable using Google Suite for documentation and tracking.
- Animal advocate: You understand basic animal behaviour and support force-free, low-stress care.

- A roadworthy vehicle and current driver’s license
- Your own laptop & smartphone
