Social Media Manager

We anticipate that your responsibilities would include • Responsible for the organic content strategy and daily social media content across the platforms we currently use • To create and manage a YouTube channel & Podcasts • Responding to all social comments and direct messages. • Coordinating competitions advertised through social media. • Reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns, ads, and posts and adjusting the strategy accordingly.

Your skills & experience • Marketing/promotion experience with social media is a must. • 1-2 years minimum experience managing organic social media channels • Experience using Mailerlite, WordPress, or similar. • Video editing skills advantageous.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a natural creative thinker with a passion for content and social media. • You prefer variety and change over routine and repetitive work. • You’re self-driven, able to write your own briefs, and drive your own projects. • You take great pride in every piece of your work and have strong attention to detail. • You have the flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks, with disciplined time management skills, and an ability to meet tight deadlines. • You have a stylistic approach and a strong understanding of what makes a good design based on design fundamentals, principles, and elements. • Your output focussed with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to work through problems and get things done. • You have a strong work ethic, a willingness and ability to learn and help out across all areas of the business.
