The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of the Multicultural Association of Russian-speaking Women - "Ogonyok".
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the multimedia team and other volunteers in their use of hardware/software (using TeamViewer)
- Maintain devices
- Provide general IT technical support and other technologies devices troubleshooting (e.g. smart devices)
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience in web development
- Troubleshooting ability and techniques desirable
- Customer service
- Knowledge of Wordpress is helpful
