The program The Talent and Culture team use technology to support connection and collaboration with a focus on building leadership mindsets and behaviours that are most effective for driving organisational performance and empowering people with agile, lean and human-centred design capabilities.

The opportunity This volunteer position suits students studying instructional design/ learning and development or those with an eager interest in training development and are looking to expand their skills and networks. The Admin Support Volunteer will primarily support the Virtual Content Developer and Capability Coach with general course building through an authoring tool such as Captivate, to assist the team in their transition from ELMO to Page Up Learning Management System.

The impact In this position with the Talent and Culture team, you will be part of a team focussed on creating a positive experience for participants and trainers with in the programs.
