Volunteer Administration Assistant - Rockhampton

Legacy Rockhampton supports widow/ers and families of our servicemen and women. We are seeking an experienced administration assistant to join our friendly team at Legacy's Rockhampton office. If you are keen to volunteer, have Microsoft Office and data management skills along with good communication, literacy/numeracy skills, then we would love to hear from you.

In this volunteer role you will be supporting the Office Administrator with general office duties such as, answering phone calls, taking messages, stock take support, filing and scanning of documents, data entry and reception relief.

Essential:

Previous experience in an administration role Microsoft Office and data management skills Well developed communication and interpersonal skills Accurate data entry and filing skills Friendly and willingness to work collaboratively with Legacy staff, other volunteers, Club members Interest in client groups such as elderly widows, people with disabilities and young families

Legacy volunteers are required to obtain a Working With Children Check and undergo a Police Check prior to commencement. Legacy will arrange this prior to commencement. You will also undertake Orientation Training that will include signing a Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement.
