Pre-Gala Volunteers A range of support needed no matter how novice or expert. Here's a few examples:

• Sending emails
• Calling stakeholders
• Scheduling metings
• Drafting documents
• Undertaking web searches for information
• Design or developer work

Gala Event Volunteers If you're located in Newcastle, NSW or close to we'd love your support at our Gala event Wednesday 13th March 4pm-11pm (part or all). Jobs include:

• bump in (lifting, moving, and styling furniture/decor etc)
• bump out ("...")
• information desk (checking in, payments, information, marketing, promoting)

For skilled volunteers we are on the look out for an Event Manager to be the central contact point for the evening. You'll work alongside the Director to ensure our event management is on track.
