An exciting opportunity has opened up at Sydney Basket Brigade, Magic Moments Foundation – a non-profit, non-religious, non-political charity who work with grassroot organisations to anonymously deliver food, clothing, toys and hope to those in Sydney who have fallen on hard times or may need to be reminded that someone cares about them at Christmas.

Responsibilities include: • Attending meetings and calls all year. • Sending reminder communications to committee in relation to committee meetings. • Assisting the General Coordinator and liaising with committee members to put together and distribute meeting agendas 3 days in advance of any meeting. • Taking minutes at each meeting, including any required action points and meeting outcomes. • Sharing prepared minutes within 5 days of meeting with Committee members. • Following up on action points with relevant committee members in between meetings. • Assisting committee to undertake or oversee all administrative requirements. • Registering any new volunteers into our database. • Supporting as many events as practicable.

Packing day responsibilities • Work with our General Coordinator to coordinate the printing of our Christmas cards, which are included in each basket. • Attend Packing Day on Saturday 14 December 202024
