MercyCare is seeking a Companion/Activities volunteer to join our Aged Care services team at our Maddington Residential Aged Care home. The role requires the volunteer to be a good communicator, develop rapport quickly, enjoy conversations and being around older people.

The purpose of the Companion role is to enhance the quality of life for our residents to reduce loneliness and isolation. It is an important role to maintain a residents good mental health to reduce stress and slow cognitive decline.
