Volunteer transport operates Monday to Friday from 8:45-4pm using Launceston VFC vehicles. Transport is provided in the local Launceston area to clients who would otherwise have difficulty getting around. Drivers must be able to work off a runsheet, receipt client fees, take direction from office staff, assist with mobility aids, & if required assist to carry client's groceries & other items into the car & their home. Volunteers are provided with an induction, buddy shifts with an existing driver & ongoing support from our team.
